Brad is a local business owner, artist, and teacher. Originally from Hawaii, he moved to Kansas 37 years ago. He later attended Kansas City Art Institute and moved to Lawrence in 1992. Brad has been blowing glass for 27 years and opened the Kaw Valley Glass in 2015, a studio where he creates glass art using multiple disciplines, teaches, and rents studio space to other glass artists. When not at the studio, Brad likes to spend time with his family. Brad and his wife, Ingrid, have been married for twenty-seven years and have four children.
